Nature’s Positive Effect on Human Health

As a proponent of humans connecting with nature as often as possible, I am writing a book, “Nature’s Positive Effect on Human Health, “ exploring the profound relationship between the natural world and human well-being. In “Nature’s Positive Effect on Human Health,” I holistically examine our inherent connection to the earth, urging readers to recognize nature as a fundamental pillar of health and wellness. I recently read an article by Laurie Hertzel in the Washington Post titled: “What one man learned living alone in the wilderness for 40 years”. While this is a bit extreme, the article makes some interesting conclusions which makes it a worthwhile read.
